Privacy notice

The short version

This site has one form. If you fill it in, what you type is stored and e-mailed to Renovatio Intl, Inc. so a person can reply to you. We do not sell it, share it or send you marketing you did not ask for. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or third-party tracking scripts.

What the contact form collects

• What you type: your name, company, e-mail address, phone number, city, role, what you are interested in, and your message. Name, e-mail and message are required; the rest are optional and blank is fine.
• What your browser sends: your IP address and user-agent string, kept for spam control and rate limiting, and the page address you submitted from.
• Nothing else. No cookies, no tracking pixels, no advertising identifiers, no session recording, no fingerprinting.

The form also carries two hidden anti-spam fields — an always-empty decoy input and the number of milliseconds between the page loading and you pressing send. Both exist to reject automated submissions. Neither identifies you.

What we do with it

It is stored in the H2Structure application database and e-mailed to Renovatio Intl, Inc. so someone can get back to you. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or share it with anyone outside the company except the infrastructure providers that run our servers and deliver our e-mail, who process it on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for anything else.

If we end up working together, your project data is governed by the agreement we sign, not by this page.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we might reasonably still be in a conversation with you, and we delete them when you ask. There is no automated purge schedule we can promise you a date for, so if you want it gone, ask and we will remove it.

Asking to see it or delete it

E-mail tsingh@renovatiointl.com and say what you want — a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We will do it and confirm by reply. You do not need to give a reason and you do not need an account.

Cookies

This marketing site sets none. Nothing is written to local storage either. The signed-in application at app.h2structure.com uses only what it needs to keep you signed in; that is a different site with its own terms, which you agree to when you get an account.

Fonts and other third parties

The site loads two typefaces — Montserrat and Manrope — from Google Fonts. Your browser requests the font files directly from Google, which means Google can see your IP address when it does. The page is designed to look right without them, so if you block that request nothing breaks. No other third-party resource is loaded: no analytics, no tag manager, no embedded video, no chat widget.

Children

This site is aimed at people who build swimming pools for a living. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not apply a new version retroactively to make a use of your data that was not permitted when you sent it.
